Welcome to the Wi-Ne-Ma Blog

Many Camps have "blobs" as a feature in the waterfront where campers jump and bounce to an uncertain yet exciting landing. The "blog" for Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp also invites us to jump and land in what may be uncertain and almost certainly exciting places. The purpose of the blog is to create a space where we can think and share together about the ministry of Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp. Along with the posted reflections about the Camp's ministry, we invite your stories and thoughts about the significance of this ministry. I have been the Manager of Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp since 1996. Prior to that I pastored at the Estacada Christian Church for 12 years. I have been involved in the ministry of Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp since 1984 serving in several youth camps, on the program committee of Christian Heritage Conference, and as a member of the Wi-Ne-Ma board. I have a B.A. degree from Northwest Christian College, and Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Emmanuel School of Religion.
